Deposit is non-refundable if buyer cancels the sale for any reason. Deposit is forfeited if pup is not picked up/paid for by the agreed upon date. In the unlikely event that the breeder must cancel the sale (if pup is injured, ill, or passes away), buyer may choose to have the deposit refunded in full or transferred to another pup, if available.
